Topical Groups

The NJACS Organic Chemistry Topical Group (OTG) brings together New Jersey’s organic chemists from academia, companies, and the pharmaceutical industry.

The NJ-ACS Mass Spectrometry Discussion Group (MSDG) provides a local community where advancement of techniques and instrumentation in mass spectrometry, as well as application of mass spectrometry in biological sciences, pharmaceutical development, environmental testing, and beyond are presented and discussed.  The majority of our members reside in New Jersey, but some come from its neighbor states of New York and Pennsylvania.

The NJACS NMR Topical Group brings together scientists who use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) as a research tool from across both industry and academia. We organize both virtual and in-person meetings with presentations by leading NMR experts.

Welcome to the North Jersey ACS Drug Metabolism Discussion Group. We are dedicated to fostering a continued discussion on the scientific advances in drug metabolism among the industrial and academic community. We sponsor multiple meetings each year at which world renowned scientists give presentations. The format of these meetings range from dinner presentations and mini-symposia, to our biannual full day symposia.

Our mission is to provide a forum where separation scientists can learn, network and develop their careers through seminars, socials, and symposia. We are a non-profit organization that has attendees from academia, industry, and suppliers. We are focused on providing technical, cutting-edge knowledge while supporting the advancement of separation science products.
