Undergrad Research Conference

Undergraduate Research Conferences

The Undergraduate Research Conference provides an opportunity for talented undergraduate students in the North Jersey area to give an oral presentation on their research results. All undergraduate students in the North Jersey Section are invited to participate in this very rewarding event. The research presentations are judged by local chemists working in industry and academia and the student giving the best presentation is given the annual Jean Asell Duranna Award. In addition, the top three presenters are awarded cash prizes. The student award winners and their advisors are then invited to attend the North Jersey Section’s Annual Awards Dinner held in May.
